 Powerhouse Salad 

Ingredients:

  • Mixed greens
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Assembly:

  1. Combine mixed greens, grilled chicken, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and toss to coat.

 Whole Grain Wrap 

Ingredients:

  • Whole-grain tortilla
  • Hummus
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Feta cheese
  • Fresh spinach

Assembly:

  1. Spread hummus on a whole-grain tortilla.
  2. Add roasted vegetables, feta cheese, and fresh spinach.
  3. Roll up the tortilla and slice in half.

 Salmon Rice Bowl 

Ingredients:

  • Brown rice

  • Lemon-dill sauce

Assembly:
